Supplementary Activities for the Butt

The butt, being part of the lower body would never run out of sporty activities to develop it. Our lower body is always in motion especially if we move from one place to another. So there are a number of activities that you can do to make your butt look more lovely.

You can dance. Dancing enhances your butt curves. You can do ballroom dancing but results are better if you do hip hop dancing and ballet. The moves in the two latter dancing requires you to sweat more and pump your lower body more.



You can swim. Swimming gives you a good back which is good to highlight your butt, but most especially swimming gives you a good leg work out that eventually leads to a bombastic butt!

You can ride a bike. Cycling is another good supplementary exercise for the butt. If you are not aware of it, the motion you do to your legs in cycling is putting together 3 leg work-outs: leg press, leg curls, and calf-raises.

And yes, you can run. If you are not used to running, and you feel like any moment, you will get an asthma attack if you run, try jogging. If your body has a few extra pounds on you and you feel that jogging is too strenuous for your lower joints, then try breeze walking or long walking. Walking in long hours develops your butt. You might want to put resistance, so try walking on an inclined street, climb up stairs, or go on a hike.

Remember, any activity that puts stress on your lower body enhances your butt, even volleyball, basketball, wall-climbing have butt-developing movements. So just go out there and pick your activity.
