Before we start talking about the program, let's just have a little clarification that "beautification" as used here doesn't mean that you have to put butterfly and flower tattoos on your butt to make i visually appealing. Beautification here is a process to make your butt more rounder, more tighter, more firmer, more curving, and more proportioned to your body.
You probably might ask, do you need to hit the gym just to beautify your butt? Well, you don't have to. You can execute the program at home. But of course, if you are really serious about it, and you have the budget to go to the gym, it will give you faster results because of the easy access to added poundage (resistance) every time you do your butt exercises.
So the basic program consists of the following exercises: Good Mornings (this exercise is banned already by Physical Therapists so let u just substitute this with hyperextensions), deadlifts, squats, narrow squats, machine squats, leg press, leg curls, leg raises, calf raises, and floor works. Do the exercises in the order of how I have written it here, Hyperextensions being the first one (to warm you up more) and floor works being the last exercise. Do 30 repetitions of each for 3 sets, light poundage only with 2-3 minutes rest period. You do not have to do this everyday since you already walk everyday and somehow, you are already working out your lower body with a minimum resistance. You can do this twice or thrice a week.
If you do not know the exercising positions that I mentioned, ask your gym instructor. If you work-out at home, refer to aerobic videos or the internet for some visual aids. Word of advice: start now! Go!
